3 kid-friendly dairy free smoothies

SMOOTHIES! Who doesn’t love a good smoothie, especially during the summer. I try to make us a smoothie at least three times a week. Since A doesn’t need much to fill her up I usually just make 1 smoothie and give her a third of it. This is a great option for those picky eaters! I’m always trying to give her healthy options, and on those days she fights me I know a smoothie will work. I ALWAYS add a veggie to our smoothies. Spinach works great, but broccoli is a good option as well. Our local Wegmans sells “family pack” frozen fruit bags, and I try to buy at least 2 every time I head to the grocery store. So I’ve listed 3 of our favorite smoothies for you guys! I measured out a few items for you guys, but left a few for your own preference. Enjoy!
