Red Quinoa Power Salad

Ingredients:
Red quinoa
Black beans 
Dark red kidney beans
Cucumber
Orange pepper
Yellow pepper
Avocado
Feta cheese
Preparation:
Boil Quinoa, black, and dark red kidney beans ahead of time. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour. Cut veggies, mix, add dressing, and enjoy! 
*I used oil & vinegar with dried basil for dressing.
